How about we add Near, Far and Focal Distance planes to the "field of
view pyramid" dotted-line thingy. This could be an option that's set
on the Scene panel. Layout would either need to assume a "reasonable"
circle of confusion diameter (maybe 1.5 pixel diameters, but probably
something related to the filter support for AA), or we'd need an edit
field on the Camera panel.
